Everyone knew it. And he always made it. Just an amazing athlete to watch. So clutch, every time, and so entertaining. I had the wings poster on my wall as a kid and it was legit inspiring. I caught this Bulls/Knicks game live on national TV when MJ threw down that dunk on Ewing (beginning at the 3:11 mark). Marv Albert was the announcer and when Jordan did his thing, all Albert could say, "Oh what a move by Jordan!" If you replay it, you'll see that he actually schooled three Knicks together on that single play. Years later I recall Albert saying that was perhaps the single best move he'd ever seen by any player.

You know what's funny, I was telling a friend of mine the first time I saw Jordan play on tv was a game against the Celtics. And on this particular play, Jordan went up with two hands and literally put the opponents hand in the rim with the ball. I believe it was Reggie Lewis. And he had his hands on the ball as if he was blocking it. But MJ overpowered him at the rim. I was like, "Yo, what the heck!"
But I have an even better story. About 20+ years ago I was at my cousin's wedding and the R&B singer Brian McKnight sung at his wedding. I was talking to Brian at the reception and he told me that he played at few days ago with MJ. And I was a huge fan back of MJ back then. He said the one thing that surprised him was how strong MJ was. He was like, "Yo, he is mad strong." That was around 1994-1995.

Part of what made the old NBA so great was watching a team get beat in the playoffs year after year by their arch-rival until they finally get tough enough to break through, especially in the East. The Pistons got mashed repeatedly by the Celtics until they broke through. The Bulls were crushed repeatedly by the Pistons until they got tough enough to beat them. And although the Bulls-Knicks was an awesome post season ticket the Knicks couldn't get over that hump. Great times.

You have to give it to Jordan, because his level of mentality and athleticism for the game is what made him a stone cold killer on the court. Sure he struggled early on, but when he was pushed, he pushed back harder. But when you show respect in the face of those who don't show it back, then Isiah had it coming and deserved what he got for being disrespectful towards the sport of basketball.
The passing of the torch to Kobe goes to show, Jordan knew he would be the next one to carry on the same values, as Jordan himself. Kobe may not be the next M.J., since there can only be one. But he was the closest thing to M.J. there ever was. {R.I.P to Kobe}.

Talking about Ewing being blasted by Jordan his entire career, I'll still give it up to Ewing. He never once backed down from what I can remember. He always brought his best because he was playing against the best.

Jesus is the love of your life.
The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. ✝🌅
Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. ✝🌅
But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
      Matthew 22:2-5 ✝🌅

Yeah. No one can argue that he is GOAT. No player even today can get on that level. He can do anything needed on the court.

Exactly, Unlike LeBron James who has a history of personally recruiting superstar-level players to win. Imagine if MJ went around recruiting Hakeem Olajuwon, Karl Malone, Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley ect to the Bulls just to win rings.
