On Russian servers there’s always people drifting at the city 2 repair point. The one that’s on the right if you go from the city towards the big roundabout. I’d say it has a better layout than the hospital as it includes both sharp, long and straight turns. Definitely check it out, I’m sure you’d like it
I was a little surprised that the airport in city 2 didn't make the cut. It's a big open area with planes, cars, and other obstacle to drift around. Plus it has a repair shop on sight.

Edit: my tow truck is drifting pretty slow whit RWD and its hard to drift it at lighthouse whit out scratching it. (The tow truck is to long for me) The sad thing for me is that vista villas is very underrated and no one goes there in the city 1 server just becauze the damn selling point.
