I am 70 years with new lens from eye operations so I am good hopefully I will be able, I have done most of the L& L angels just starting on my Mirebilias fancy ladies & now Bella Filipina. Thanks again looking forward to your new video.
It’s interesting that the Peridot Fairy was so purple, since peridot is green. I think she did have a green jewel in her wand. It’s my birthstone, that’s why I noticed. Gorgeous collection of fancy ladies. ❤️🇨🇦

It's the beading that worries me
Don't be scared of the beads, it's just a half stitch or a full cross to attach them whichever you prefer. x
Love your show and tell. I just finished “Red”. I’m ready to go on another one as soon as possible! Very interested in your kit boxes? I love bags but hate digging through them to see what’s in them. Those are so easy to store

Always exciting to finish all the crosses! But the beading always takes longer than expected I think

Hi ! Your ladies are so lovely. I’m stitching my first Nora Corbett which has a large assortment of beads. Thought putting on the beads would be after all the stitching was done. Having it on a frame would be difficult rolling with the beads.
This makes me nervous as well but at the same time, leaving all the beads to the end if there are a lot of them I can find overwhelming. Sometimes I have done them all last, but when I decide to bead as I go, I roll it on the scroll with a piece of felt to protect the beads. So far so good, no beads have become damaged. I did it with my snow maiden and some of her beads were quite large.

What a lovely collection of fabulous fancy ladies...and men...and fancy-adjacent patterns 😍😍😍 I soooo enjoyed seeing all these, thank you for sharing them 😄 My collection is waaaay smaller but growing 😂 I talked about it on my last flosstube but I'm starting Gaia the Earth Goddess for my birthday on 2nd May so if you find her and want to start her then please do join in...there are a few of us starting her 😄 I'm also definitely eyeing up a few designs after seeing them in this video...I feel I should try a Mirabilia since I don't have any 😜
I'm really puzzled by where she's gone and it's really annoying! I know I got all the threads for her as well but I don't know where I've put her or them. There are a couple of others I realised were missing after I finished filming too. I've got a very green lady who's also missing, I think she's called the summer faerie and I know I've got queen's Anne's lace fully kitted too. They must all be together in hiding somewhere 😭 possibly with others I can't even remember right now.

Yes, some of the charts came as kits. I can't remember who had the rights to do it.
I commented somewhere else that Hobby Lobby used to sell some Mirabilia as kits. I never bought one, so I don't know or recall what it looked like, and it's not a place I spend my money. That said, I stitched Titania yearrrrrrs ago (I'm oooold) and converted her dress from pink to blue. No regrets on that!!
That's interesting, I really found is so random to come across a kit! Titania is beautiful, I bet the conversion was lovely. I've seen someone stitch her and change just the wings to all silver greys and that was really pretty.
Also, the chart you had an issue pronouncing - per-seph-oo-knee - there's a band with the same spelling that pronounces it as you did - Pur-see-phone and boy do I get confused. Often. :)

I have quite a few Fancy ladies charts that I want to kit up, where do you buy tour floss from please? Thankyou for sharing your collection, I think the collecting is as addictive as the stitching lol
For my fancy flosses and metallics I tend to get them from either Hawkins hobbies or arts and designs, and bead packs etc too. x
I remember you buying dressmaker’s daughter and I ended up buying and starting it for my first Mira on 1/1/24. I only have one other chart which is Delphine’s butterfly brigade, which I have not kitted yet. What tubs do you use please? Thank you for sharing. Nat
What a fabulous first Mira to start with! For the boxes I use for my lady projects I'll have a look in my old emails and make sure I've got the info in my next episode. I bought them a while ago x

Wanting to start a fancy lady … where do you source your special threads and embellishments from please ?
In the UK I mainly use art and designs and Hawkins hobbies for most of the beads and fancy threads. For the treasures or beads when knitting up the mermaid that needed lots of fancy crystals I used the website crystalidea and they are really good if you want to sub the mill hill treasures and save some ££ x

I found an opened lady of the flag kit in an estate sale that was kitted exactly the same as your Queen of the Fairies. I was amazed and can't find much information on the kits either
Oh really, at least some of the designs must have been kits at some point but same, I've never really come across them other than that one fairy
So at some point, Hobby Lobby sold kitted versions of Mirabilia kits.
