I have a desert garden and have found two beans that grow: yard long and pole romano's. Sometimes romano persist after a frost. I've been able to grow bush soy beans also.
I totally agree experiment, experiment in your own garden and in different areas of your yard my sister and I live only a few blocks from each other and I see many differences in how the plants grow : )

Hi John, I'am an avid fan and also a trying wannabe gardener. I've watch almost all your videos and has learned a lot from u. I am hoping you can make a video about pitaya dragon fruits. John, I went on Amazon to look up those LED grow lights in the video and was confused at all the negative reviews on the LED's that I found. Can you do a video about grow lights? Which is the best one to use for a small operation to start seeds in the spring. LED vs Tube lights, how long to have the grow light on and what distance to hang the lights at. Stuff like that. Thanks

What a beautiful and inspiring garden!
That garden was amazing!
Excellent video John! I like the idea of making a compost bin with chicken wire - very simple and just as effective as the twirling bin I'd say...

you dont really need full spectrum just a regular cool white would work just fine, plants utilize blue light during growth phases
