It gives us alot of peace knowing that we have back ups when we dont feel like cooking a home made meal or not feeling well or things are too hectic. Im like you, I have to know in advance kinda what we are going to have. Im not the kind of person to fix a meal 30 mins to an hour before we have it. I plan my meal out every week of what we are going to have. Hope you got your plumbing fixed and it didn't cost you mega money. Things like that stresses me out, because of the word MONEY! Always need quick fix items! You never know what can happen. Last month our 11 year old broke his arm at school so we were with him past supper time. The older kids grabbed quick food to make for everyone. We still have 5 kids at home but 3 are teens and I care for my mom who lives in the mother in law suite. Like I said you never know what can happen and needs meals fast.
I just went to Sams 2 nights ago. I only spent 221 which is a miracle. I wanted to spend more but kept it to the true essentials I needed. I saved the 'wants' for another time.
If you vacuum seal and freeze your cheese, it will be hard to slice. Pretty only good for shredding. Just vacuum seal it and put it back in the fridge, it will keep for months. The cheese your husband likes is processed cheese, not considered real cheese in Wisconsin.
I'm not sure if you have done this before with the cheese, but if you freeze it you can't use it fresh because it will be crumbley. You can vacuum seal it and keep it in the spare fridge. It will last for a very long time 👍🏻

That’s my favorite parchment paper. Lots of goodie’s but August is a long time ! I usually go every 3 months . After I watched yesterday video I chopped up a whole thing of celery , carrots and 2 pounds of onions for the freezer. It’s ready to use and won’t go bad . Hope your sink gets fixed ! Ours are on an end of one of the fresh produce open fridge things - both sides have fresh produce but behind doors - just open. I’m not even sure what you call those but on the end there.
