I so envy you getting to take a train to London... Oh my, how awesome!!! I'm in America and can tell you, that going to England has been no.1 on my bucket list for years. You are indeed lucky. Thank you for sharing your trip with me.
That one is great too! But when I was in there I was certain I would be going to the Westfield Mall so I didn't pick anything up. Ended up finding the bits I needed in the Oxford Street one in the end.
My husband is heading to London with our daughter for her 17th birthday. And I already look forward to it, because he ALWAYS brings some books for me 😏❤️❤️ I'm happy you hab such a lovely trip. I like your "doing a lot on foot" approach, bc that's what we like to do, too. Would love to see the books first😁😁
Hi Maaike! Great vblog. So many interesting things to see in London... I'm keeping the video to get ideas for the next time I visit the city. I'd love to see the books haul first. Thank you!! ❤
Looks like you had a good time. You look happy tired so to speak. Day 2 goes to the top of places to visit. You know I prefer a book haul first, right?
I can't think anything seeing Hampton Court except the Tudors...I have my bedroom dedicated to Queen Elizabeth the 1st. Not sure if youve checked out any museums but I've seen there is one for sure that is free to go in and has alot of history.
I have been to many London museums before. Most of them are free, but the real history is on the streets. The city has stood for centuries, since Roman times, and there are bits and pieces everywhere if you know where to find them.

As a londoner, my favourite boots is the Covent Garden one!

Can't wait to see what you bought at Gaunt! Love virtual travel, thank you.
Nothing, but I got plenty of books at other places!
