- Liya International is an OEM Plastic Manufacturer. Although we do our own plastic work we still work closely with several partners to produce the printed portions of our projects. Here is one of our printing partners working on boxes.
Once the boxes are finished they will be packed up and shipped out to our plastic factory for final assembly. This is the process for many components like cards, cartons, dice and some meeples.
Most companies and brokers will tell you they do everything or its all in house. However I truly believe that credit should be given where credit is due. Our partners work hard to make sure our high standards are met. And the time tables we commit to can be honored.
Liya International assembles millions of models each year for both publishers and other factories. One advantage of being an OEM factory is we can adjust labor and internal resources to increase capacity when needed.
OEM for plastic means we own and operate our own Tooling Department, Injection Machines and assembly lines. We even do in house painting.

I really can't wait to receive this. Thank you all for your hard work packing all of these sets.
you've all done great work. :)
do you think it could get to the state's before christmas red. i mean to north america
I am super excited to see this. I cannot wait to see the product in hand. It’s also really cool to see how these are assembled. Fascinating. 😃
Thank you for making sure they have fans and such. I hope they know we appreciate them!
Yes, our factory is located in southest China. And its very humid there.
Thank you for the goodies!
Not the most thrilling content, but definitely satisfying to watch.
Looks like things are coming along well! Great work out there! We really appreciate your hard work doing all this for us!
Ah...no. They do it all for money.
@@peterfahrbach5220 Not going to lie, sometimes it feels good just to do something that makes us stand out above other factories. Like the 100mm Timberwolf.
Yeah....I think that there maybe some collectors who wants that sort of things. I, for myself, would be more pleased if the time, money and energy for such a modell would be put inte the production of gaming models. I don't know enough of the production line, so, who makes the master (is this still Iron Wind Metals, the metal miniatures say so), who decides wich Mech and tanks would be next, and so on. But I'm shure that a line for 100mm miniatures takes a lot in time, so....@@liyainternational601
Is this the mercenaries box set?
@@robertgriffin662yes it is, the limited edition version.
Fun to watch that glorious box get filled. 🚀
that's great, they actually had it printed up in the Draconis Combine.
Ho.. boy…. Can’t wait. Hope release at Indonesia 🇮🇩
Thank you for these videos and thanks to all of your employees for their hard work. CGL couldn’t have found a better partner.
We agree!
Congrats on the contract.
We've had a long term relationship with Catalyst Game Labs for many years. We've been watching them grow bigger and bigger over the years and its been a blessing and privilege to see how successful they have become.
@@liyainternational601 Part of Catalyst's success is due to the quality of your work.

I am so exited for this to arrive.
Please tell your workers their work is apriciated. I sometimes have to help out in another department where we do this kind of work and I constantly fall asleep doing this. Its hard for me to focus on doing this for 8 hours. So thanks for doing this work.
My hats off to the people that do this, it doesn’t look hard, but just imagine doing the same thing over and over again for eight hours… All so we can play a board game with silly plastic robots.
I hope those people get paid well...
Yes, we are an American Company that owns the factory. Which means we run things a bit differently. Plus the certifications we have require a higher level of support to all staff. And then we give extra for retention to keep the employees returning once the CNY is over.
I want to be the person at the :50 mark whose job is to just push down the plastic insert. I think I could handle that one.
Is this the mercenaries box set?
I didn't realize they were already produced and being packaged. When are these expected to hit the US?
Containers have already started to be moved to the port. However we have a lot more models to pack up still.
Just toss my miniatures in the box. I'll put them together myself.
