Ain't gone lie my mom and dad were both athletic growing up my mom was faster than me when I was really little lol but we got little legs I got faster but she'd keep up! 😂

I think this is also good for the sons because instinctively, us guys love to play rough like this, but at a young age, you indirectly realize that your old man is alot stronger than you nd isnt using his full strength. It reminds the sons to respect the dad and also bond while having fun at the same time
Although I think it's encouraging and a sign of love to let the kids win when going against their parents I think it is as important to sometimes show them who's superior and that they still have way to go.
