Such kind of guidance will definitely aware students and laptops buyers from company who sells defective products in india and also aware them about how to deal with such companies, and companies who taking benefits of indian market to sell defective products even after not completing their the whole testing process will be treated by their own medicine.
I purchased a LOQ on 08/05/2024. Just five days after the purchase, I discovered that one of the RAM slots was not working. I took the laptop to the service center, and after 18 days of repairs, I received it back on the 4th of June with a replaced motherboard and RAM. However, after using the laptop for a day, I found that the camera was not working. On 08/06/2024, I submitted the laptop for repairs again. Later, the service center suggested doing a DOA (Dead on Arrival), and the shop where I purchased the laptop gave me the option of replacing the laptop but not providing a refund. After many calls with customer care and numerous tweets on the Lenovo page, I finally got a new laptop. I chose the LOQ with a Ryzen 7, and it has been running well so far. Specs of the first laptop: 14th Generation Intel Core i7-14700HX Processor 16 GB DDR5-5600 (expanded to 32 GB) 1 TB SSD PCIe (expanded to 2 TB) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB

I am not sure how the new product lot is . It's like gambling now . If possible get alien ware imported from us. You will get the best quality at good.prive point. Or else get a MacBook
Brother my lenovo ideapad keyboard is not working and they are replacing the keyboard but i have fooled them that i have no damage on laptop but my hinge and power button is broken, will the technician coming to my home still replace my keyboard after seeing the hinge damage ?
I am facing screen flickering issue and they change my display then motherboard and now they are installing windows 11 by bipartisan I want to claim for unit replacement but they told me about their policy and they denied for unit replacement suggest me some solution for this

Same problem with me i purchased loq 2023 to avoid motherboard issue but got display flickering issue after a month company replaced display 3 times but nothing worked now they r going to do mb replacement part is on its way . I don't think they will able to fix as cc told mb is refurbished This company is biggest piece of dog sh*t. Never gonna buy lenovo again.

I think you can get a refund say that you are not satisfied with the product as machine is not working up to the mark. If they insist on any defect you can play some high end game and record a video of drop in battery when connected to charger or you can make a video of screen bleed as these laptops have a lot of screen bleed as I have shown in previous videos

I think it's problem with Intel chips which are getting hotter and the small laptop chasis is not able to cool it efficiently . One of my friend had purchase Alienware in 2019 and it's working good till today but it was purchased from us. So ask few more people who own dell and you will get a openion

If you don't have adp then you have to pay for the motherboard and get it replaced.
