frost has more survivability with 2 blocks. arcane is good but some people find it more difficult

The trinket, DR tracker/debuff on frames(not sure what it is) and cast bar on arena frames are blizzard default?

those arena frames are default yes, there is no DR tracker tho

They need to remove addons and just have an interrupt bar and cc trackers baseline.

Nah, addons are just WAY to helpful for everything.
*HOWEVER* I still wish they banned addons though. Even though handicap gamers would suffer from it, but the entire game is just toxic with the reliance of addons
