Love this so much! The mashup of “The First I Love You” and “The First Lie” mirror each other so well I didn’t even realize it at first listen! But this is incredible work! Amazing job! ❤
I don't know if you knew but the Byler side of the fandom (Will x Mike shipping) is going NUTS over this. Like, maybe just casual as you mentioned it, but the fact that it almost seems "blessed" by the original artists made everyone go crazy. Just in case, it was the rain, because for the byler fandom the rain is important.

@@DeMomentoEve hi there! I honestly received no notice about it, but I’m assuming the same thing. I don't look for love and haven't been looking in a very long time and even when I did it was only ever so slightly for the span of 2 seasons but this is how I want to feel again and what I want when I'm looking for love. This is unambiguous true love and unambiguous true love vibes
I kinda look forward to Steve and Nancy not getting the happy ending love story. Not that one of them I killed, but that their situation so so messed up to the point that something like love is trivial.
Still listening in 2024? Man, season 4 came out 2 years ago, time flies. Get ready for the last season guys. First season I was in 1st grade now I’m a sophomore. Man time flies.
Hi there! If I'm being totally honest I just used my ear to play it, but if there was sheet music you could try looking up either "The First Lie sheet music" or "The First I Love You sheet music" and something should hopefully appear
It's Fall of 2024 and I still go back to this song. And I love how (even though my favorite character from Jurassic Park was always the funny guy with black hair) Steve looks like the main character (blonde guy) from Jurassic Park and Nancy has that Jurassic Park inspired outfit on. And they both give off that OG Jurassic Park vibes here
I honestly wasn’t aware that happened until this comment! Unfortunately it was mixed in with the actual composers of stranger things so it must’ve been taken down, might have to leave it that way unfortunately :( but I hope you’ll be able to enjoy it here! Thanks for the support ❤️
I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death. I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse. Also, you are more likely to be much more closer to someone who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a romantic partner or spouse. People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.
Don't give up just yet. It's out there. A lot of people have problems because they settle too early, or they don't really make sure things are going to work out. It's about waiting, not rushing. Supporting, not just giving to give. I'm on the other side, having seen a lot of good relationships. And, in a relationship, you're bound to fight. It's a part of a relationship. There are mature ways to have discussions and not let disagreements get in the way, but when you're spending your life with someone there's bound to be disagreements and problems here and there. A healthy part of a relationship is often working through that. And, a lot of people's best friends are actually their partners. Don't get too cynical just yet. I'm not telling you to go out and find someone, just trying to help you not get too down or jaded about it. Sorry if this came off wrong, just trying to be helpful and I may not phrase things correctly! Just know it's not all bad. There's good out there. Have a good night!
@@colbyalt1172 Many women are not interested in marriage anymore and that's because frankly marriage is a pretty raw deal for most women. In the US, studies show married men do just 15% of all household tasks and childrearing, even when both partners work full time outside the home. Women are expected to take on the mental and emotional loads of running a household, usually completely by themselves. They’re held to far different standards than men are, for parenting especially. Studies also show that single women are far happier than their married peers, and that married women lose out in career earnings, career trajectory, health, and life expectancy compared to those single peers as well. Men GAIN in all those areas when married as compared to THEIR single peers.

@@colbyalt1172 I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it. In my opinion, romantic love should not be on the highest pedestal. In my opinion, parents and siblings' family love is the strongest. Family knows who you are. Romance is fake for lots of people, put on a false persona and romance on most parts gets ugly real fast. For the reality of romance is no Disney love story. Parents and siblings' family love is one of the strongest types of love there is. If romantic love is actually real, it would be one of the weakest types of love there is. Romantic relationships are overrated and are just a waste of time. People should avoid being a romantic relationship.
@searain1573 I feel like this view is untrue, but I see how you think that. I've seen relationships work out. My own family has relationships that have lasted upwards of 25 years. No, romance isn't supposed to be a Disney love story and it's certainly not meant to be fake. It's about being each other's supports and, in family, the support for your children. I've seen a lot of fake relationships. They do break my heart, but I don't think that avoiding love entirely is the answer. Romance isn't supposed to be on a pedestal. That type isn't true. However, there's plenty of healthy relationships out there that prove having a partner is beneficial. I see where you're coming from, though.
