PARTICIPATE IN THE PARADE
Pigeon Forge wants to fill the Parkway with music and fun during the 2024 ‘Music in the Mountains’ Parade. We’re looking for local marching bands, musicians, dancers and choral groups to bring excitement to our visitors. In addition, we invite local groups who represent all aspects of our local community, including area businesses and civic groups who’ve helped to make this parade such a special event.

ABOUT THE PARADE
PARADE START TIME: 11AM
Major League Baseball legend Cal Ripken, Jr. will lead the way as grand marshal for Pigeon Forge’s Music in the Mountains Spring Parade on Saturday, April 13, at 11 a.m. The parade, which will travel the Pigeon Forge Parkway, features visiting high school marching bands from the area.
The parade begins at traffic light 6 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway and travels north to traffic light 3.

Several great floats - Cal Ripken, Ole Smoky Distilery, Dig n Zone, Food City, Hatfield and McCoy, Skyland Ranch, can't choose just one favorite.

I enjoyed yesterday. The weather was really beautiful.I was in the area for an entire week. We had a lot of rain. I plan to return when the BBQ music event occurs in Sevierville. I enjoyed it last year.

The marching band was about the same size as my HS back in the day! We marched 25 in front of the Rose Parade scouts. I wish music had more interest. Good for those in it, tho!

Thanks Sandra! The city of pigeon Forge tries supposed to events in advance. We’re building a site right now and try to do monthly/quarterly update videos.

Do you know what bands are in the parade?
Evidently the Titanic event didn’t conflict with the parade. I think the Titanic sink occurred mid April 1912? I saw the Halifax, Nova Scotia cemetery years ago.
I went to the Titanic museum after filming this parade. I’ll be uploading some footage from the museum later this week.
