@parsanoori8217 I live not far from that neighborhood, and I can tell you they don't have connections with the government. They dislike the Islamic Republic and want to go back to the tinpot dictator days of the Shah where foreigners owned all the industries and manufacturing. They do have money, I will give you that. An obscene amount of money. Richest people in Iran. It is also true that some women protest the hijab...BUT you see, it's not really a hijab, but rather a loselsy worn scarf, barely hides anything. Moderate and fair rules. Men have to dress conservatively also. I don't have a problem with it because it has kept neoliberalism and postmodern wokism at bay. Iran is a nice, normal conservative society. The Libs of Iran don't like that and want to turn Iran into a giant Los Angeles.
