    In support of avoiding round the head myth :-
    1) i have become so good at those that i have a really weak backhand clear. And I'm always wary of leaving my backhand corner unattended (i play mostly doubles).
    2) That's how C.Marin injured her knee Everytime.

    The myth i want to know is Does height play a part in performance?

      Always a good discussion topic and pros and cons to being tall. Something we can look at in a future episode.

      It's a double edge sword for me, well being tall is cool for smashing especially jump smash cause you got a better angle and you can basically hit anywhere you want, your footwork might be slower because of your centre of mass but your long legs cover for it.

    Never seen a pro doubles player hitting high back hand toss clear ,some times low level cross court drop ,mostly they go for overhead shots only, correct me if am wrong

      More relevant for singles for sure. Also the pros are so explosive and have incredible jump outs, they also would intercept the shuttle on their backhand to stop it going behind them.
