How about 'HOLY COW MAN', where did that town come from! Nice beginnings, just like a little town could do ... unfortunately we are loosing all our Little Towns, especially here in FL, we need a wall here. This is a nice map and I like the way you took the road to the water and then started building, like you said it would be real world.
I'm using all of them except the recent financial DLC that was released. I need to get that one. Although I think I have natural disasters turned off, maybe I'll turn those back on after the tutorial portion of the series.

@@CitySimBuilds I tried your tips last night and I have a thriving city. Biggest thing I noticed is if you zone slowly you end up with less problems.
I like to put the industrial away from the residential and commercial at the start too

I honestly can't remember at this point haha. I want to say it's something like Cape Apple. I know it's based of of the NYC area.
Do not build roads so close to water so they change terrain
