Flow Packs Stacked into Multipack Flow Wrapper Infeed - High-Speed 3-Axis Delta Robotics

A robotic pick and place system for handling a fixed size primary wrapped pillow bag is stacked into the infeed conveyor of a multipack flow wrapper.
 Bags are delivered from an Ilapak primary Bagger, narrow edge leading, fin-side up and oriented to within +/- 10 degrees.
 The requirement is for loading 4 formats into multipacks.
 The machine is capable of handling gaps in product flow and speed surges of +20%.
