Mine too. Saw them in Chicago on MDMA and it was this song that made me realize that all the music all over the world was connected into one heart-felt beat....and that I am also one in the all encompassing one 🤟 I am beginning to return to that love.
Just incredible the range of genres that Dubtribe influenced. For a duo that could almost define West Coast house, this is one helluva breakbeat. AND I'm seeing em tonight!
Ahhhh... this song was THE MOMENT back in the day. I remember hugging them after a party in LA back in el day. And I just saw Sunshine Jones at a festival here a couple of weeks ago and he's still bringing it. Good times... good times...
If there were ever a time for this track, now is that time. Being from South Louisiana, this gulf tragedy is just heart breaking. We need to take back our planet and be more respectful towards nature. We only have one Earth.
✝️♥️ I think you’re from Lafayette, maybe?. I’m from Lake Charles and all of my best partying people are from Lafayette. I think you may know one of them very well. Because the last time I was in Lafayette, in May, he turned me onto this recording of DJ Moon and some other artists at a club in Lafayette.
Daniel Fenton was it on the old military desert trails by any chance? Like was there a little abandoned “house”? I went there I remember the line up. Me n my friend were 17-18. 94. We got so lost out in the desert trails I tell you we wound up in Mexico somehow. Tripping on mushrooms we finally found it AZ used to have good parties! Do you remember Swell

Seen Dubtribe at Family Affair in Bear Creek Ohio, at a tiny dive bar in Akron, OH where they were just sitting on the floor setting up their instruments as a reggae band played before them... next thing you know, holy crap Dubtribe's playing and nobody even noticed the transition from the reggae band to them. Like they mixed themselves in. Quite impressed.
OMG!! love these guys!! I'm taken back to a party outside of Vancouver BC, back in the late 90's. It was on a closed private beach near Brittania Beach and it was set up at sunset- went all night- & wrapped up a day later. AHhhh fond memories!! How can one forget the party at Graceland? :D:D:D LOOOOVE it!!
