- I LIKE THIS THREE A LOT, OKAY?? I don't know, I've just been having a lot of fun with dd recently. And these three goofballs complement each other very well. But in a way, the Flagellant is a lot more gruesome than the Vestal and the Crusader. So I just thought it would be a fun idea if the flagellant tried to teach the other two to be more brutal!

Crusader & Vestal: *Visibly concerned*
I have forsaken the lord by denouncing him and succumbing to an ancient ancestral duty to cosmic beings that’ll eventually consume my soul! In devotion to said cosmic beings!
Leper: my Lord has abandoned me and cursed me with disease, hideousness and immense pain, and i am so used to a life of peril and suffering that i can handle getting stabbed without a problem and carry a sword so big that i can kill an eldritch god in a single strike. I'm still praying **just in case** God decides to double down.
And then theres the bounty hunter

GR: I have forsaken my husband and my riches to a life of adventure and glory, I shall take from anyone, and everyone in the name of gold!
BH: you know graverobbing here is a crime rigth?

As someone who's never listened to the Beetlejuice sound track before, this is a fun way to get introduced! XD

I like to think the bagged head was referring to the item Dismas' Head.
It's been a minute since I've watched a Reynauld and Dismas only video.
People can visualize it as they please, it could either be Dismas, the vestal or the man at arms head. But when I drew it I was going for Dismas head.

I never thouth I would see a BJ-DD animatic, and now all I want is one the ansestor singind "the whole being dead thing" to a character that just died. Plus, your work in general is GREAT, keep it up!

Well apparently the Vestal has repressed sexual tension, and the Flagellant is masochistic, so, you know, the connection is there for anyone who really wants to make it.

Character models on point, and the dancing and body language really shows experience. I don't think they're ever just static, every frame is a pose with personality. Great work!
