The annual budget for Norfolk County council, according to the information on Google, is 1.803 billion. Set against that a saving of a million quid is not very much at all. Council pay scales are, I believe, set by central government, according to civil service pay grades, they are not internal decisions. They are in line with other positions of similar responsibility within the public sector. This may be right, this may be wrong but the rationale behind such levels of pay within the public sector is to make the individuals concerned less biddable to vested interests. Cut the pay and raise the temptation. Voluntary reductions in pay are nothing more than virtue signalling. The CEO of Serco, is on 800k plus. He does no less than the CEO of the council, so who is being overpaid?

I feel the guys should contact not just ordinary citizens, but other councilors in the UK. To get the news out everywhere is very important and could really get things going.
We should all do this. People don't know what is going on who live a life just going to work and watching TV. It is getting pushed under rugs until the hammer blow hits everyone in their faces. TV is averting eyes on subjects which are totally irrelevant. Example Philip Scofield.
Glastonbury council told us they had no plans fora 20min. neighbourhood cities only to find out all of the councils around the country are already signed up to them. Well done fellas every bit helps.🎉

I think what I've learned about this episode is if you don't get involved locally and assume someone else will do it, they will but they might take it in the wrong direction. I've always assumed the only people who want to be councillors have a vested interest.... they're karens / kevins / nosey busy bodies or they're narcissistic egomaniacs who like telling people what to do. What is the situation with the Dutch Farmers? News seems to have dried up a lot. I know some of the Farmers capitulated, which is understandable, let’s face it if the powers to be are paying above market price for the land and property., rather than lose lock stock and barrel.
Average council voting turnout is about 30%. Mr Khant in London got in on 17% of the total possible vote. They will do as they please if we just let them.

From growing up from the 70's, I've seen communities and neighbourhoods thinned out over the years. Everyone was in everyones business, right down to asking the neighbour for a few teabags.
It was you guys in Thetford who inspired-me to get a group of us together from the stand in the park in St Albans . We modeled our Leaflet on yours and are in the process of a big Leaflet drop though doors and tomorrow we’re meeting outside the clock Tower to hand out leaflets and tell people about 20 minute neighborhoods because we are on the list ( St. Albans is as compliant as hell hence we were chosen 😂) congratulations on what you are doing I would love to also invite you over to St Albans to talk to our group. I sent an FOI request to my local council. Mendip CC. They did reply saying that they had no plans for 15 min cities and that they were more for cities and not rural areas. However they said they were joining with Somerset CC and would be meeting to discuss “neighbourhood planning” 🙄

I do believe it's a form of betrayal of people who are being used as a tool without them even knowing it. Police, teachers, doctors, council so many of them who are not awake, doing their job to the best of their knowledge are being betrayed for their dedication to their work and trust in the government. The moment they realise they are used as a tool or watchdog for the establishment it sinks in hard like the woman crying when she found out. With The Netherlands as the spider in the web.(I'm Dutch). My point is, related to your comment, that on the 24th of May (this year) I met an English couple of about age 70, on my way home to Holland, who were planning to travel home by ferry to England, so that we shared the same train to Holland. I told them of the turmoil caused by those 15-minute cties planning, and the introduction of digital BP to the population. This couple was surprised, they'd never heard about it, while they were away for a relatively short period of time. Amazing, isn't it? I do know that many of the British population don't show much interest in research and thinking for themselves.

My point is, related to your comment, that on the 24th of May (this year) I met an English couple of about age 70, on my way home to Holland, who were planning to travel home by ferry to England, so that we shared the same train to Holland. I told them of the turmoil caused by those 15-minute cties planning, and the introduction of digital BP to the population.
This couple was surprised, they'd never heard about it, while they were away for a relatively short period of time. Amazing, isn't it? I do know that many of the British population don't show much interest in research and thinking for themselves.

The Great Reset yada yada. All real, and all completely misunderstood, or misrepresented by various individuals. One or two of whom I suspect are being paid to do so.
