Stay warm most of the time, i learned that the most fragile zone is the lombar, also the buttocks, they always should be warm, if your feets are cold but your legs are still hot, i don't think it really matters. The one sign that can alert is if your lombar are painful when you bend, you may have kidney qi deficiency, go see a specialist if you worry about that
Probably Zuo gui wan with modifications, btw i don't think it could be reverse in 3 weeks to 2 months, if the case is really severe it could take forever to heal, minimum a year probably

Ejaculating 25x a month has been shown to prevent prostate cancer... that could be done alone also..
