I do have a friend that has like 9,000 hours and he has improved some over the past few years but he still is under 200 adr.

he lives on the East Coast+ i think he wasn't using his vpn this game. His teammates live in EU. Joining an EU players squad gives you lower ping compared to you using a VPN.
Yeah what @big floppa said. I played with guys in the UK and had like 70-90 ping and I’m on the east coast.
