In cashless facility all the documents the TPA of hospital keep it along with them and if we want to claim Pre and Post expenses then we will not have the discharge card because this card the TPA keep with them for the claim . Then will we get the reimbursement
My pre and post hospitalizations expenses is rejected with reason SUB LIMIT EXHAUSTED. But in CarePlus policy no sub limit is mentioned for cataract surgery. Hospital bill settled cashless for both eyes. What can I do?
