Wow really like glory's format having the courtesy of laying out the rules who are the judges etc explaining everything in a practical and neatly organized way, in their respective categories.
always bugged me how people call alex a puncher even though hes a complete fighter, he got ko's with flying knee, headkicks and lefthooks.
Well back then he really was more of a puncher than a kicker, now hes got some nastyyy kicks, back then he also had nice kicks but like in this fight and many other of his glory fights he was more punch heavy for sure

In my opinion, Pareira's boxing skills have contributed quite a lot to his magnificent and composed style.
Almost certainly, that does not however take away from the fact he dominated the sport of kickboxing
hiya defence isn't the best. he'll rather got harder than get hit. leaves him open to counters, like with Izzy.

He focused more on offense and power, but he only got hit on hard very few occasions against top opposition
and he doesnt even 'kneed' them to finish fights (haha, pun intended)

@@alexsimion7190 the clinch and the the tactics in it is a part of muay thai, but there is more involved of course. It also depends if you train the Thai style or the Dutch style. Dutch style is less clinching, more boxing techniques and more combinations
