Great video, but one criticism... The recipe turned out fantastic; however, my cake fell apart coming out of the bundt pan. I'm a decent cook but a novice baker. Giving more explanation about getting the cake out of the bundt pan would have been helpful. All in all, I thing the recipe is awesome and I will try to make this again.
Thank you for sharing. I have a question if anyone can chime in to answer. I’ve heard from a few different people that putting a pound cake into a cold oven vs preheated oven makes it more moist? I’m not a baker and I want to get this cake right! Please help a sista out.
I've heard this as well. My grandmother use to do this. When I asked her why, she said "well..I don't know" 😂 I hear it's to give the leavening more time to work. I can't tell a difference though in the texture.
