Thanks for this welcome. Here I am from JeffMara's Podcast. Your interview was intriguing to me and you said some things that helped me see what's going on with myself more clearly. Thank you. I'm an empath and I appreciate the way you describe what it is we go through. I've also read and listened to thousands of NDEs and UFO/Alien experiences, and I've had some brief experiences in those areas myself so I resonate with these topics. Your interview was very profound and I'm still listening to parts of it over and over again, and processing it. That's how good it is. 🌟

Learning how to overcome being an empath and finding strength in it. Finding the power in being an empath without being exploited by it. Setting healthy boundaries on ourselves. Learning how to decipher which emotions are mine and which are somebody else's. (Sometimes I ask myself if this is my anger or other peoples'.) Learning how to block other people's emotions. Seeing the purpose of us being here while we're going though our dark nights of the Soul. Talk more about how if we remember everything when we incarnate into this life we won't learn anything and how that would not facilitate our ascension because it would make it too easy. (If you have anything more to say about that.) The grieving process: I'd like to hear you talk more about how our egos love grieving. I'm looking for insights into how to hack my own emotional system when dealing with abandonment and betrayal, plus severing relationships with people who are alive and/or have died, regarding my anger and grief in those areas. Talk about how we can honor our emotions. How do we end up stuffing our emotions and what does that look like? Thanks for asking.
