Aur baat rahi yahan possesion ki to already delivered projects hai yahan aas paas jo 40-50k mein derhe hai to possesion ki to baat hi nhi, baaki aapne bechna hai to aap apni jagah sahi hai, lekin yahan aas paas ke log jaldi se nh lenge is project ko, unko rate ka idea hai.

40-50k ka prevailing rate hai vahan. 85k pe launch krna matlab 100% premium. Hosakta hai achi township banaye vahan lekin kitni bh achi amenities ho, itna jyada rate vahan justified nh hai.
