Alessandra I doubt you're still in Pittsburgh but I used to live there and highly recommend Veselka, which is all vegan Polish food! Other restaurants that aren't all vegan but have great vegan options include Spinach (it was called Eden when I lived there) for healthier salads/sandwiches/etc, Salud for smoothies and bowls, Square Cafe for classic brunch, and Burgatory!
Omg WOW!! I don’t think I’ve ever had vegan polish food before… definitely a missed opportunity. I need to go back and try it!

The time I got to the city also made it hard 😭😭 I wanted to check out the famous Onion restaurant but didn’t have time
