Josh is a true musical genius. It shocks me when I meet someone who doesn't know who he is and I always show them Marianas Trench, which of course they love! Now I get to include my country loving friends into this and I'm excited to hear their opinions!
I'm always so enamoured of Josh's genuine self awareness - like he knows he's damn talented, as he should, but he is also very cognizant of where his limitations are and he chooses to continue to learn and improve so he can push them. I also love how he is more than willing to shine a light on other people and their talents and hard work with sincerity - you can see he's just as happy to be a cheerleader as much as a front man - just my opinion but those are a couple of fucking admirable quality's in a person.
