    If you’re concerned about oxidisation you should not be shaking the bottle to dissolve the priming sugar

    its always a pleasure looking at ur video glen!! just a question...u left the chilipepper in the fermenter for alll the fermentation??from the speidel to the bottle? cheeers!!

    i have the 20ltr braumieister but i would like the 10 ltr as just makes brewing since for me as i dont have much room

    Would it be a good idea to make 50ltrs of Wort as baseline stock. And then Ferment 5 separately with different ingredients?

    Hej, do you use a full yeast pack for 10l? I am starting with the Braumeister 10l and need to find out

      No, about 5 or 6 grams is enough for 10 liter (when fermenting light beers) if you like to ferment a high ABV beer you need more, like a whole package. Cheers 🍻
