I see that the BAP technique was not used on the neck. How did you decide where to place the injection? Great video!

It really annoys me when the 'before and after' photos misrepresent patient outcomes. In this case (as so many example of 'before and after') the pt in the second set of photos has her chin much lower, towards her chest. Obviously when she has lifted her chin in the 'after' pic she has a less saggy neck. Does anyone really fall for this unethical pretence?
