Jere - for a guy who doesn't like wood, you sure turned in to a 'splitting machine' for this video. I'm so glad that you will be toasty for a couple of winters, along with much appreciated gifts for friends and family.
You never have enough. Making kindling for each fire doesn't work for me.
Never enough kindling. Doesn’t matter how you do it as long as you are warmed TWICE. Once when you split it and again when you burn it.
One and done.
My fireplace is natural gas.
