Sun Jian and anyone of his sons or daughter, the Three of Kanto, the Three of Kyushu, Cao Cao and his cousins, Liu Bei and his brothers... i played it with all of this characters and more and it's just... so awesome, so powerful, so epic... hopefully i'm still playing it, so i'll Walk that path again later. i'll never get tired of this chaos...
I'm glad someone else noticed that. Everything about that battle, the setting, the music, the villain himself, it all just screamed EPIC. But the actual fight was kind of a let down.
I would love to know if there's a written transcript of the lyrics (translations preferred but not required, but I would like the romanization of the original language).
That would be something simple and very cool and usefull if they did that, in order to suit everyones preferences, adding a english/japanese audio option wouldn't kill them !

If Orochi X in Chaos Mode actually had more skill it would've been a better challenge. Like it'd take you two having your HP down to 1 until someone dies.
also Zhao Yun, Yukimura, Ma Chao, Tadakatsu, Sun Ce, Guan Yu, and many more lose alot of... well idk. their not the same without their english voices, because the guys behind them are absolutely TERRIFIC at portraying them. Also id have liked to hear Ryu Hayabusa's english voice actor in the game, because in the Ninja Gaiden series he does a damned good job.
Koshi Castle in this game far surpasses any warriors map ever. Easily the best map with the best music ever It's like finale boss fight music with a final boss stage.
I had just recently finished the game and I must say I am a little disappointed with the final battle I wish they would have made it more final boss like cause all I really had to do was use each characters musous then the triple musou and he was dead even on the harder difficulties and if he wasn't dead he would be close to it. I just wished they would have made some sort of special boss fight for him.
I found the coices of characters for this stage kinda cool but still odd. I mean Kai was okay but what were Yue Ying and Lu Xun doing there? Not that I don't like them I do but I thought it would have been better with like Cao Cao or Nobunaga or one of the others. And Motochika too, not that I mind.
I think those characters were there to prove you saved all your allies. IIRC those characters were unlockable in gaiden chapters. If you didn't unlock them, you'd get the normal ending with Cao Cao etc.

Good God wow, sombre and yet befitting at the same time for the final battle of this game. Wonderful piece of music, especially when you're mowing down enemy soldiers like blades of grass!
I will never forget how complicated the map is in this stage, I got lost so damn many times, it's such a big maze!

Toyotomi Hideyoshi pretty much feels the same, though. So I don't mind his Japanese voice.
But Nobunaga sounds less darkly and more overly smug.
