Does this complex have HOA fees? If so, how much and what would they include? Typically something like this in the US would likely have an HOA and be at least $500-800/month.
@@SerifTheBroker An HOA is Homeowner’s Association. This association makes and enforces various rules for the residents of that community. You pay a fee (usually monthly) and this fee goes toward certain community expenses like community pool maintenance, lawn care, etc… The fees and what they cover can vary, as well as the rules set for the community (such as no RVs in your driveway or garbage/recycle bins should not be visible) but I just assumed a community with many common areas like this would have an HOA. Is this not common in Turkey?
