Plane Spotting Rotterdam Airport | 2024 Compilation!

It's been rather difficult for me to upload footage from my home airport Rotterdam this year. I don't really know what it is. Lack of interesting movements? Or unlucky because I needed to work during most movements? Even though I work airside, my job comes first and that makes it difficult to make footage. But Rotterdam Airport is always my homebase, my second home if you will. I might spend more time here than at home really. I want to share my homebase with you guys, so I'll try to bring you more Rotterdam content in 2025! For now, I've compiled a compilation with all my footage taken at Rotterdam this past year. There were a couple of really good movements this year. The two Canadian Air Force C-130's and the US Air Force Boeing C-17 are the stand outs. But this year also saw new stuff at the airport. Transavia received their first Airbus A321neo's this year and visited Rotterdam a couple times with them. Soon they will become a regular sight here. Meanwhile Transavia said goodbye to the 737-700's. The based aircraft also do not dissappoint. There is a beautiful black Gulfstream G450 based, and a great looking white and red Falcon 900. Rotterdam also got visited by Slovak Fokker 100's, a French Air Force CASA CN-235, and some smaller interesting stuff like a Cessna 195, Britten Norman Islanders and a Max Holste Broussard. Some gret bizjets visited Rotterdam this year and the regular traffic, especially in the summer was pretty good with flights from British Cityflyer, Pegasus, TUI with Sunwing 737's and Blue Island ATR's. There were numerous football charters too, for example Fly4 and Air Seven 737's. And there was more which I either did not film or forgot to mention. Very nice mate. If you look carefully at 35:12 behind the Air Seven 737 you can see the Emirates A380 approaching AMS!

Die Broussard op 15:40 is ook apart. Zie je niet vaak.
Die Cessna 195 op 33:00 idem. Wat een beauty. Ook nog mooi bij mijn vliegclub geparkeerd, heb ik helaas gemist!
Overigens zou je best soms wat kunnen inzoomen op de cockpit. De vliegtuigen hoeven niet constant in hun geheel in beeld. De camera kwaliteit lijkt me goed genoeg daarvoor.

Close ups doe ik inderdaad niet zo veel. Mijn filmstijl is meer het hele vliegtuig in beeld vangen. Ik zal proberen het in gedachten te houden het wat vaker te doen!

Ik begrijp je wat je zegt, maar het is een capaciteit dingetje denk ik. Niet zo zeer de landingsbaan of de standplaatsen maar meer de terminal
