Solitude awaits at this modern beachfront estate with sweeping waterfront views designed by architect, Thierry Pfister. The residence features four bedrooms, five baths, wrap around decking, pool with cabana, and a pathway to your own beach. The residence and extensive landscaping reflects warmth and a sophisticated beach elegance that reminds one of a top luxury resort anywhere in the world. Pfister, who also designed for Hariri & Hariri and has been published globally, created sculptural yet inviting dramatic spaces which brilliantly frame nature's four seasons. Located on 5.34 acres in The Promised Land area of Amagansett, the property is set back on a meandering drive to a gated entrance revealing lush landscaping and a stunning home, an optimum oasis for relaxing and entertaining. The open flow living, updated chef's kitchen and dining areas are centered on a two-sided fireplace. Glass doors open onto the expansive decking seamlessly moving from interior to exterior, maximizing the sweeping views all the way to Gardiner's Island. The pool has its own private bungalow with a large enclosed outdoor spa shower and the bay beach is ideal for water sports, paddle boarding or full moon toasts. Three ensuite guest bedrooms flow down a wing with an impressive main bedroom suite with its own balcony, luxurious bathroom, walk-in closets and stunning views. Each bathroom is artistically designed with imported mosaic tiles.
Up a sleek staircase is a loft with a second-floor balcony and unrivaled sunset views, perfect for a home office, meditation or media room. There is a separate room accessed from the outside which could be a gym, playroom, or added storage. The original owner has kept the home pristine and well maintained. The estate features 3,840 square foot home with four bedrooms, five baths, wrap around decking, pool with cabana, and a pathway to your own 203 feet of beach on Napeague Bay. The residence and extensive landscaping reflects warmth and a sophisticated beach elegance that reminds one of a top luxury resort anywhere in the world. The classic modern architecture is as relevant today as when first built with an eye for detail in design, materials and execution. A sophisticated hideaway yet close to all the restaurants , shops, farmer markets, and cultural activities in Amagansett, East Hampton, and Montauk. The beach estate residence is an incomparable rare and serene Hamptons waterfront opportunity.

What a beautiful house in the Hamptons. A little too modern for my taste, but still stunning nonetheless.

    * (HERE WE GO).....So Sotheby's first I need to know since this home is located in Amagansett , New York is it for a (Bachelor?-or-Bachelorette?-or-Family?). For you see, the video didn't show the entire home, but it did show a helluva lot of (WHITE!!!!!) walls and if you are alone and that's your style then go for it. But hell, if you have kids of any kind, then you'll be breaking the bank on a (CLEANING CREW) each and every month for as long as you own this thing. But I (HAVE!!!!!) to ask this question.....Why in the world would you build such a costly home at the seaside and white no less knowing that you'll be hit with a major (STORM) at some point meaning are the windows (BULLETPROOF) because storm windows in such a home so close to the sea just won't do it. And also was the construction sound enough knowing that storms from the sea will be (POUNDING!!!) that home day and night and sand blasted on top of it all?. I'm sorry but to me this home was a (WAIST!!) of money and this video has to be given a.......(THUMBS DOWN).......It would appear that someone drank the (KOOL-AID) and believed all the hype about building on the beach and close to the sand. Well if they have the money to spend then.....(GOOD LUCK).

I'm sure they thought about all of that..White sells because it's neutral..this would just probably be someone's Vaca home and they lease it when they're not there

People who purchase houses like these buy it in cash, they wouldn't be worried about a monthly cleaning crew...
