figured it out, you need the protean pendulum(the one with the bloodhammer) as the spell, on artifacts (have the artifact that increases max stimulus or the one that recovers 10 stimulus per aid incantation -multiples of it to spam the spell that allows you to get 2 max skills of a specific character-cost 16 stimulus) then just make extra actions hit more or inrease ap/draw limit/aid incantation/precast
but i do believe theres another spell that has a similar effect to protean (currently got it to spam 5 times thus 10 additional 37 incantations), it might still be locked for me Edit: the other one is Wisdom of Unison, its actually real good got to cast 10 times

Also this composition work well with extra action artifacts that give u extra damage.

Wisdom of Unison is Better, just 5 stimulus cost, so i manage to cast it 10 times thus Twenty 37 pre cast incantations to the boss face, 😂
