for the pica I use pteranodon because it has attacks that have but damage has burn and has its X which with flame form gives around 2800k damage, and it also has its transformation that is very easy to solo

There is another way u can farm pica using tori AFK and it takes about 6-10 mniutes
and u r form would always last forever in half form
