    Hi, I’m from belgium and hopefully you will reply how many meters will be enough to make one name?

      Hi Assia: It depends on the number of letters in the name. For 20 gauge wire allow about 3 cm per letter for lower case letters that are about .5 to 1 cm high. You would need a bit more for Upper case letters. It also depends on how large you make the letters.

    your work is amazing you make it look so easy...i have a question though do u flatten your wire before forming a letter??

      Hi Erica. Thanks so much. No, I don't flatten the wire for the lettering. I use 20 gauge non-tarnish brass wire and it is pretty solid!

      Hi Sophie: Thank you. Sadly my pliers are 30 years old and no longer on the market. Only the flat nose ones (blue handles) are available from my wholesaler John Bead. Apparently Tronex and Zebra are good brands for pliers. Good luck.

    Hi Heather got your reply on your pliers I asked about. I have been on a mission to find some like or close to the pair you use. They are on eBay and listed as flat round nose pliers they even have the red handles. You can't beat the price so going to order some. I want to do your tutorials with the excellence that you show. Thanks for all your wonderful tutorials.

      @@HeatherBoydWire the pliers aren't the exact same kind but they are the smaller ones with the round plier end. I'll look back and see if I can find it and send to you. Did you look under ergonomic mini pliers set? The have turquoise,yellow and I think red colors for the grips. Round head,flat and needle nose

      I went back to Amazon and wasn't sure how to send the link just to share on Facebook and email and messenger but the are sold through ACE......mini ergonomic palm held pliers and they have a cutter also. The cost is $35. Please send me your full email if you still don't find them. I bought I pare of round nose then found these so I have 2 round nose😕let me know if you found them

      Hi Heather me 1 more time 😆. I just recived my 4 pliers from amazon and this is the exact name and item number that I hope will lead you to these wonderful tools. Like I said I purchased the round nose on eBay then found this set on Amazon. Item number1407-7774(6E)

      Thanks for asking. You can make the letters larger and wind beads on them with thinner 24 gauge wire. I've also done wire woven letters: ruclips.net/video/gJntx0-Oh9k/видео.html

      That's really thin! Do you have any 20 gauge wire? You can always practice with the 28 gauge or twist a bunch of pieces together to make it thicker!

    is there any way that you could do a tutorial on harry potter shaped bookmarks??? I saw them on Etsy but there are no tutorials out there on how to make them. I want to make them for a boy I like since he loves Harry Potter.

    I really would love to know where or what brand your small round pliers are? I have went to the link you have here for Amazon but those particular pliers are not there just a small set I have tried. I have hand issues and they look like I could use. I've ask before but no response. I love your work and like to try it all

      Hi Michelle: Thanks for asking. I bought the red pliers 30 years ago at a hardware store that no longer exists. I wish I knew where to buy similar ones. If I find some I'll definitely let you know!

      The flat pliers are chain nose and I also have 2 sizes of round nose pliers. Also use flush cutters. Good luck!
