One of my favorite video game songs of all time. It just hits something in me, fills me with excitement, sadness, and nostalgia all at the same time. Doesn't matter the style/rendition, it always hits the same. Simon's Quest was the only Castlevania game I had growing up for some reason, so it has a special place in my heart. Thank you for doing this, and it was beautiful seeing you have so much fun, especially near the end there! Great job!

A Baroque idea (one that became more common in the Classical era) that composers picked up on later to lend their music a gothic feel, including the game makers. Of course, that's also where metal gets its cues. The progression of music history is pretty wild.
