And with their relative obscurity, you can make neat stories with them Horror stories like "Flaming Thistle" Or more chill stories like "Portyard Days" All very unique ways of handling these unique characters
Unlucky Thirteen should have been introduced as an addition to The Fat Controller's numbered group of engines in Series 6 with Oliver taking Donald and Douglas' place in an adaption of the original story.
Gotta give some credit to Annie & Clarabel’s friend. He was the first official male coach in the franchise, with the only other ones being later CGI characters
There’s a RUclipsr called Dianna Sttar who has covered all of the magazine characters which appeared in this video and the previous one, she even created a Roblox Game about the games.
2:00 Hang on, isn't that dangerous to lift a tender engine with one crane and its tender intact with nothing to lift it? Tender engines were never lifted like that in the show, if a tender engine was lifted with its tender intact with nothing to hold or support it, then the tender is bound to dangle, break the tender coupling and crash to the ground. There needs to be either another crane to hold the tender or if there's only one, then the engine needs to be uncoupled from its tender and lifted separately, one by one.

I like the bright truck and the miniature blue engine. Imagine a conversation with Bright Truck and Hector, that would be interesting!
5:32, hey, I got featured in this video
5:21 I always pictured that blue overhauled engine as 87546 for some reason...
Love these magazine characters 😍 hope these briefly used or unnamed characters can be more developed in future. 😊

I used to think old slow coach was male
The only one of the magazine characters that exist in my AU is 13, though like in other's series, he's Joey the Police Engine.

I don't think the magazine characters get as much attention as the RWS and TV series characters. We need more stories involving these characters.
We need more stories about more female engines too.
Are you gonna incorporate these characters into the Porterverse
Interesting
It’s Halloween 👻

Alright, explain the Adventure Begins when James gets lifted.
@@CamtheTramfan That's all right cos there were two cranes holding him and the other holding his tender.
Its a pity that the magazines never tried to develop their characters
