Somalia is in the middle of a profound and escalating humanitarian emergency

There are almost 3,000 camps for people displaced by drought in Somalia.
Life in these camps is hard. They are a meant to be a temporary solution; however, the drought is intensifying, and some people have been living this way since 2017. There is not enough water, food and shelter to go around, and the situation keeps worsening as more people arrive daily in search of support.
