For those who hate queuing as much as me, here's a little trick you might not be aware of! As always if you like this video thank you for your support, if you dislike this video thank you for your support! Edit - There isn't a single rider on The Swarm, I meant Saw, apologies!
Single rider queue can be a gamble, many many times in recent years I've queued longer than the advertised main queue in the single rider queue however as a whole it can save a good chunk of time.
@@Rabbitzz you should never be queuing longer than main queue, that’s just bad ops OR the very unlucky chance of having an entire queueline of even numbered groups
Me and my son went single rider on Hyperia, the normal queue was 45 minutes we waited 35 in single rider, however we got to the front of the queue and the operator batched us together on the back row, no complaints from us and saved a good 10 minutes.
With Hyperia having two seats per row it definitely increases that wait with so many people being in even group numbers for the most part but it saved you 10 mins and being batched together is always a nice rare bonus!
I was there this week it was so good, just wish silver star had one because it would be instant access but didn't have to queue long for it at all anyway.
I don't recommend single rider on wodan..its painfully slow that one..I tried it once and waited longer than main queue which was at 40 mins marked time..there was only maybe 12 in front of me in single rider too..voltron single rider on other hand is fantastic...in fact one day I was there in it early doors I got put on first train of the day front row left hand side .brilliant
Nothing wrong with single rider. Met a great bloke from Toronto on Thireteen because of single rider and we just chated about Canada's wonderland the whole time and it was great.
Every rollercoaster should have single rider queues, period. I love em! It boosts efficiency and output for the coaster and makes us solo riders happy 💪😎👍
Single rider queues are good. But think there are other ways where queuing can be reduced. Back in the day they use to have a ticket system for air where you would return at a specific time. They did similar on mandrill with mobile for free and I think that works well. They do similar in Europa park
Had 30 minute wait for single rider on hyperia this weekend when standard queue was 95 minutes. The queue went up to 120 mins and still about 40 mins for single rider but it’s a lot better than 120 mins.
I found Dragon's Fury's old one was very quick. My recent rides on Hyperia showed me just how many groups of 2 there are! Waited almost an hour with the main queue being faster 😅
I do find single rider would be inappropriate in certain areas though like Cbeebies Land, Runway Mine Train. So the parks may have to be careful for safeguarding reasons
@LiftHillsandThrills Don't blame you. Having ride access is heaven when you can get it. Naming no names alton towers lol. My son has autism and can't stand in queues for long. Xxx
@@joecandish3923 I’ve only visited in quiet season so my longest queue was 40 mins for Rise everything else was always 20-25 and on Mickeys Not So Scary the entirety of Magic Kingdom had a 10 minute max wait time for all rides!

Hyperia single rider helped me massively when I visited thorpe this year. Normal queue was easily 90+ mins, single rider was probably 15 mins at most
@@budgetglados8761 Always comes in handy!
When me and my friend did efteling earlier this year single rider helped us so much in getting to ride all the major rides
It's a life saver! I'm glad you managed to enjoy your day, I absolutely love Efteling
Single Rider queues should be on every major ride. Works so well abroad I am off to Europa Park next week and they do it so efficiently

Yeah.. I just ain't doing it... I've got a park to explore not to stand around watching everyone else have fun, nope, nope, NOPE aha
