Triaxus sounds like an awesome planet to start a sand box game during the dragon Ryphorian war. I currently have a dragonkin in one of the games I am running. She is playing a dragonkin witchwarper and it is pretty interesting
Finally catching up on my watching after taking all of Christmas/New Year away from the screen as long as possible. Another interesting video mate :) keep them coming!
I'm a little late on this one. I'm glad you made this! Triaxus is one of those planets that I saw in the book and kinda skimmed over, but man, I missed a gem!
First! Woo! Love your videos buddy! Keep up the good work (also if you're taking requests I'd love an Apostae video - feels like it has the potential to be an awesome Drow Cyberpunk setting (Oppressive Houses = Opressive Corporations) But there's so little information about it :(
Played a dragonkin vanguard gladiator theme in the chimera mystery (first adventure in trifold conspiracy) was Hella fun. Ended up bonding with song cause he was a foodie. Beware the rock'm sock'm robot
Nice video. In your previous video on the starfinder organisations I was going to comment that I had the dragons run the pact world's Bank. The Draconian Depository. 😂 I just liked the idea of dragons still hording wealth! Just now? It's far more corporate! 🤣
This is still a good use of them for your game. Although not cannon, you can do what ever you want at your table... And the thought of corporate dragon hoarders makes me smile.
@@TheMapleTable with the 1-level dip into Blitz Soldier, the Solarian gets a bunch of gear proficiencies and imrpoved movements speed as well as more class skills; however, doing so slows down the Solarian's progress and he will never have those level 20 OP abilities, but still worth it!
Hi! Loving your content, wanted to ask if there are any new types or lost types of dragons in Starfinder. I've introduced a white dragon baby in a one-shot fro my players but I never looked up if they still exist there.
There is totally elemental dragons in this setting, dark, glass, all kinds. I think chromatic as well. Mostly introduced as monsters though. You can add dragon kin as playable races though
Fascinating! Not knowing too much about the war between dragons and Ryphorians, surely some good-aligned dragons sided with the Ryphorians? Or were the Ryphorians the aggressor?
The lore is never really clear on who started aggression, though the dragon kin were the middle players. Dragon kin did play both sides and most likely profiteered from their war.
I don't own the book so pardon my question. But with an oblong orbit, orbital mechanics would dictate that the hot period would be much shorter than the cold months due to the planet traveling much faster closer to the sun. Is there something written to explain why the seasons are the same length?
@@TheMapleTable So basically the speed of the orbit was slowed down in the case of Triaxus. I only mentioned it because if you look at real object like comets and such, they could spend just 2 years in the inner solar system and decades in the outer solar system (ala. Halley's Comet.)

Internet has broken me, I was sure "bad dragons" would lead to innuendos
You cant take a chance on those innuendos

Another one coming this morning!

You only find gold whem you dig!
Looking forward to more of these great videos in 2021. Happy New Year.
Here's to 2021! Im excited to see what the new year brings
Great info. Starfinder lore is amazing!
Glad you enjoyed it! I love how deep the lore is getting.

Im going to be bouncing back and forth between factions and planet for a bit but I will see how much I can dig up on Apostae.
Also congrats on first lol
Another interesting listen, love the red too!
I really like those lights, lol

Sounds like a cool planet to do a one shot on.
Love the video! Where did you find that map of Triaxus? I can't find one with locations on it.
I pulled it out of the pdf copy of the book

Keep these videos going. I'm loving them. Happy new year!
Just made a Dragonkin evolutionist for an attack of the swarm campaign!!
Going with a Cryo-Mecha-Dragon theme… very excited
Hooe it goes well for you!
I'm playing a Dragonkin Soldier/Solarian in the Aeon Throne AP now, and it was an excellent decision although almost everywhere is a tight fit, lol.
Yea playing a large creature type is fun but nothing is built for your size lol
I haven't played with multiclass much in starfinder, how is that working out for you?

@@jrock-hk7rm the lvl 20 class abilities are pretty good and really make me not want to multiclass
Sounds like a cool world
Good place for some games for sure, i only showed about 75 % of it otherwise it would be an other 10 ish minutes long lol

On triaxus the seasons are the same length but each season is basically a lifetime.

I think the "Triaxians" in _Pathfinder_ were supposed to _be_ ryphorians.
comment for the algorithm
I thank you for your service!
I wanna play a dragonkin cause dragons. I have too much I wanna play, theres no way I realistically can xD
Reforians look so goofy. Otherwise i really like them. Their posture and expressions are keeping me away from them.
Yea they do look a bit odd
