I think it will eventually, the timing may be a while though. The Voyager of the Seas took 4.5 years to go to NJ and that was after all 5 were sailing. Oasis of the Seas took 11.5 years (technically 10.5 because of Covid canceling 2020) and was only after 4 ships were sailing. Currently Icon has 3 ships on order through 2026 and will likely get more. I don't think she'd be headed to NJ until all 3 are sailing or perhaps based on the pattern a 4th is delivered. The unknown is how the Oasis class plays into it since a 7th Oasis class vessel is being delivered in 2028 after all 3 current Icon vessels and they are about the same size making them more comparable than anything that existed with the other two classes. That may allow an Icon class ship to go earlier or delay it farther. If I had to bet I'd say 2030-2035 would probably be when one may sail from NJ for a summer. I'd expect 2029 will be Icon's first summer in Europe (required dry dock) so that could test the waters for two in FL and depending on European demand allow for one to go to NJ during 2030 before Star (second Icon class vessel) heads to Europe for 2031.
