    There should be a silver band fuel nozzle on both sides of the igniter.
    There is a blue and a silver installed at those locations.

    On the fuel nozzles, what's the difference between the blue banded one from the silver banded ones?

      They have different spray angles. And one of them should be positioned next to the igniter plugs.
