- My friend Doug Perry gives us an inside look into the insane amount of detail that went into designing this masterpiece of a garage facility called Driver's Club. If you're looking for a place to store a car in Seattle or looking for an exclusive club, this is the place. Just wait until you hear my reaction to the Rytec doors!

Lmao that's our guy Matt geeking out over a garage door ignoring a multi-million dollar supercar fleet. That's why I'm here .
Patrick Jones Ignoring an F1 car no less. 😱
That TDF alone is at least $1.5millon
Kind of the way Doug DeMuro starts his car review, fixated on some obscure detail on a car when you are waiting for the full spec.
I'd love to be the guy to buy the highest level membership and then park a dented up '95 Honda Odyssey right in the middle
No ones going to mention the Ferrari F1 car just casually in there?
@Travis Justice Thanks man, Its the daily
Jose Rivas it’s called the Ferrari Corse Clienti program
$400 a month seems very reasonable for the stacker building
calzz5757 incredibly reasonable
@@ak78777 600$ for the first car, after a 5k buy membership buy in.
Royal Fitment Photography wait really? I guess I missed that
Royal Fitment Photography At $600 the price is still reasonable for the service they’re providing. The people who can afford these cars wouldn’t scoff at the cost. On thing to note aside from the garage its also social club. It’s like a country club, but without the sports facilities & people waiting to serve you.
I like the fact that Matt, zooms in in every brand he wants to check later.
how to be sneaky without looking like a jerk thats the goal haha !
I do it all the time too. :-)
The “for reference” zoom-ins
I have been thinking about that place ever since seeing it in person. Next level planning, execution, and investment. Thanks to Doug for his time, generosity, and latte :-)
This is one of my favorite videos so far. I like these "tour" videos and the facility obviously helps make the show that much better.
This is sweet. I'm glad you guys are elevating every aspect of the game. Keep paving the way boys!
This is amazing. What a great place. Thanks for taking us along
such a well done tour, this guy really executed on a cool vision. I didn't know shared garage spaces like this was even a thing.
"Stackers look like junk." Don't tell Matt Farah that!
Or Hoovie.
Well in matt farahs defense try having this massive warehouse in LA
I think Matt Farrah’s garage he is building is an absolute engineering marvel.
I think Matt Farrah’s garage he is building is an absolute engineering marvel. I wasn’t bashing him in anyway.

Being in AV myself and working for this level of clientele, Doug's mindset is what will keep his reputation alive. We are living in a world where people of this stature want an intuitive and beautiful experience every time. The attention to detail is what keeps the doors open. I appreciate being led through the mind of the creator here, pushing the limits everywhere he can. I am sure his clients appreciate this.
That is one amazing place! The concept is like no other.
Oh my goodness this is so awesome. Thanks for sharing this Matt.
this place is so rad
Rad! Great Vid and congrats to the DC crew for such a amazing space!
Every day I swear I find at least one new example of why this is the greatest country to ever grace civilization for better and for worse.
Guy is a genius and i am just obsessed with his facility at you are. His attention to detail is amazing.
"Can only be obsessed about so much" Oh Lord never thought I'd hear you say that!
That facility is SO nicely designed with great quality stuff, I forgot about the cars...lol damn. 👍🏽
Two things in this world you can't buy and that's class and work ethic. Either you have it, or you don't. This place is where those people with both can enjoy each other's company. Very well executed.
Well said.
This is awesome & thanks for sharing!
Thanks for taking us along. I don’t drink coffee either but it was awesome of you to let him explain his process for those that are into it. You’re a class act Matt.
I find it interesting even without an interest in coffee.
Great video Matt, As I've said before this is what OG is all about. I like how these doors keep opening up for you to bring us great content.
This was an awesome epiosde matt! The automation in this building was soo cool to see and the idea behind the DC. Besides being a race car driver running a place like DC has to be coolest job/career lol
Thanks Matt, truly an experience!
Love the set up & also the professional stature of the sources/systems. One Stop Shop !
I never knew this place was in my town in Redmond! Badass
To the guy playing pumped up kicks at the end of the video in the hang out area, you’re a real one! 😂
The new Fire Stations in San Diego have doors like that. I couldn't help but open and close it a few extra times before I left.
Thus making FS 05 the ultimate "Bat Cave". Wish I had my cars in it 👍😎👍
Those are CTEK chargers. This is what I use on my M3 CS. And that’s a Seattle slayer espresso machine! They rock!
This place is next level. I'm almost a little disappointed it didn't have automatic man doors that make a "psshh" sound when they open and close like on the starship enterprise lol
This would have made Memphis Raines' job much easier.
Lol
I worked at a dealership and we had a similar key box, was pretty cool.
Damn, this place is right near me and never knew it was there!! Prob drive past it a couple times a week.
sick!!! the security and insurnace for that place must be legit!! :P ill take C10 car please :) 9min in, thx for sharing Matt
Can’t believe I watch the whole video!! Awesome!!!
That garage door though!!!! So damn cool. Sweet set up, well executed.
This guy might have some seriously cool stories for VinWiki
You don't want to go there. That's for everyone else.
That's crazy - I used to live up the hill from there!
very, impressive. Well designed, clean and Secure !
The discussion at the 43:00 mark is spot on and well said by both!👍🏾
Very nice company and people.. and love the cars.
Those vested tech RSUs perform well. way to extend the pinky with that demitasse like a boss!!!
That garage door is something else. I want it more than the cars in there.
Spy the Westland Whiskey!! I have bottles of the 2016 2017 and 2018 Limited Edition. Good stuff!
That was so awesome!
Amazing place and the cars are great also. Should give Matt some ideas. For the Obsessed destination.
That espresso machine is a nice one. I believe it’s a gs3 by La Marzocco 7,000+
its a single group slayer
My Honda dealership has 4 of those doors at the service area. So awesome how it rolls up crazy fast.
I know right! The BMW dealership I go to have the same type or doors that go up fast but they just look deferent
Looks like a nice, recession-proof business.
I'm not overly obsessive about things (like my desk is always a mess), but network racks... Man they need to get that cable mess organized and some stress relief on those patch cables. Overall that is an awesome facility, thanks for sharing.
CPT Happy need to get some Panduit wire management up in there. We only have a small rack at my office but it’s neatly organized with the patch panel and switches!
mat fraser has the same coffee machine, he is obsessed with his coffee as well.
You're right Matt, won't be cordless anytime soon so thicker cables are the way to go.
I have a boat storage building with gravel floor and keypad entry...need to step up my game!
This is awesome. You never think of Seattle as a Car Lover's town.
Ever hear of Microsoft Millionaires? There a tons of rich car geeks from the tech sector there. Plus, Boeing, Starbucks, and a zillion other large companies based there. Good weather all year around (if you don't mind rainy winters) is conducive to lots of driving enjoyment.
This place is incredible!
I like everything about this dude!
I love everything about this
I worked at Starbucks years ago before the automatic machines. I learned a full manual bar back then. We were always testing and timing the shots to see how long it took to pull. I can’t remember the exact times we were shooting for, low 20’s seconds maybe. We would adjust mainly by how hard the ground espresso was tamped. We didn’t really do anything by weight. I think it was already calibrated in the grinders.
Yeah this guy is spouting bullshit. Starbucks makes a more perfect coffee than he ever could hope to. The weak point is water and coffee quality compared to your favorite local place.
@@mitchellsteindler eh I'm not so sure it's totally BS. Many people do in fact think the drinks from the Starbucks automatic machines are crap, and that manual is always better. I personally wouldn't know. Despite working at Starbucks I never did acquire a taste for straight espresso shots or even black coffee. I always need something mixed in with it.
This place is amazing!
That is one badass video!
This Is Next Level!
That's a really awesome facility and idea. What would really make it special is if it had its own private track.
Wow nice slayer espresso machine 😍
Just amazing.
My local Porsche dealer has those doors, makes getting in a quick move.
no way that dude ever breaks even on that place
counted 40 cars in the showroom thats around 18k a month for just those cars before the 5k buy ins. who knows maybe if its steady in like 10years? lol
@@royalfitmentphotography6398 you have any idea what that place cost in that location? lol 10 million would be a conservative guess, whats in there probably doesn't even cover the interest on the money borrowed
He said they have 71 members I'm sure 400 is a starter package
He will its seattle, lots of guys who pay monthly dues who maybe take their car out a couple times a year just have them cause their buddys have them and their terrified of the car. Lots of new money here and people wanna flex also ya got the people who are hiding certain vehicles from their partners and family's
I hope you're wrong, but that's the first thing that came to my mind. Beautiful building, a complete work of art. I appreciate what he built and the thought that went into it. Just seems like it would be really expensive and hard to pay for, but that doesn't mean it wont be a huge success. Crazier things have happened in the business world. I need that garage.
Impressive facility, and sounds very reasonable. I can’t imagine anyone could figure out the coffee machine though😃. Being a builder/developer, I’d have to think that the cost of more land for a larger building would be much more cost effective than the stacker and its maintenance.
Hopefully I could one day consult these guys in building an ultimate garage like that.
Dude; that door is sublime 👉🏼👈🏼
BigDaddy392 Rytec rollup. My local Porsche dealer has them. They have them set even faster. Literally 10’ plus under 2 seconds.
Joe Tacchino crazy...need one!
Great video. Who makes that espresso machine?
I think what would look amazing, is attach all the charging cables and cords from the roof. Have a brain box system that services 10 cars or so, and have them hanging from the roof, able to lower and raise with a button. That way it's kept clean and tidy, no tripping hazards, and is readily available and out of the way hanging from the ceiling. You can also incorporate lots of other features for the box. Kind of like the service station box at the truck stops, they pull in thru the window. It contains charging ports, AC or heat, a tv, etc.
@Drivers Club Imagine how much cleaner it would look, one cable lowering to branching off and servicing 4 cars, instead of 4x snakes, extensions etc. leading up to the car. Just a thought!
@Drivers Club also imagine if the cords were retractable, and only pulled down when needed to be in use.
Great video
if i owned that F138, it would never leave my house.
I hope you dont mind a suggestion, instead of having the outlets at the intersections do a bit of cutting and route the outlets flush mounted or recessed slightly to center of each bay before they drive move the equipment to a place that allows them to drive out and in then slide equipment back and plug in now chord management is under the art instead of intruding on the art. Just my 2 cents. nice video.
Wow what a fabulous place! I might have missed it but is there an area to wash and detail your own car or do you take it off site for that?
@Drivers Club Ah I see that! Guess I should have watched both videos first! :)
if you were in Seattle im surprised you didn't check out "the shop" that place is amazing and if i didn't live over an hour away id totally keep my cars there
Funny, I went there too. I met Matt the owner and we hit it off. I didn't take my camera in because I didn't know them. I should have.
I will never look at garage space the same way again. ;)
Are Dyson Airblade's not that popular in the US? Seem to be in every restaurant/pub and shopping centre in the UK
I want that door now too.
They use those stores in food warehouses also and cold storage places there cool. Ya can probably get one cheaper than 20,000
I can just see next episode of Obsessed Garage Matt replaces his front door with one of these and also he's getting a divorce.
14:12 that is pretty freacking sweet, i agree
Wish we had that near The Villages, Florida.....
Wow. This is the god level of garages
That door is rad
Onitsuka Tiger shoes are the OG shoes of CrossFit. Before Inov-8s, Nano's & Metcons...
Is there a place inside where I can come and park my car while I take my other one for a drive? Asking for when I strike the lotto????
Made my wife stop what she was doing to show her the garage, she looked at me and said very curtly..NO. 😄
sooo the divorce is finalizing when>?
@@greenrolaids nah that'd cost more than the door 😄
@@TheFi1thyCasual just get space 8- HAHAHAHA
so good.
Fantastic concept, and a well laid out video. I don't understand the hyper focus on details though. There's a lot more to a drive club than the garage door and the floor materials.
This video highlights what I find interesting. I don’t care about other people’s cars.
This video highlights what I find interesting. I don’t care about other people’s cars.
Whats the name of the coffe machine?
At 6:40 what brand of cameras is being discussed?
@Drivers Club Thank you!
Amazing facility! It's my dream to build something like this. But at the prices he mentioned, I can't imagine this is even breaking even? $5000 initiation fee + dues + $400/car/month?
Same here i want it to be my man cave where it will be my mechanic shop too
That garage door is awesome!! That wiring in the server rack definitely is not OG. I cringe seeing the poor wire management. ;)
Agreed. Door is insanely awesome. Network rack wiring not up to snuff.
That garage door is straight out of a sci fi movie
Tampa could use one but a little smaller! Between the football, hockey and baseball players just to start I think it would fill up fast.
Build that in Germany ! I'm down for it !
Cool!!
I watched. I liked. I subscribed.
Boom!
This would be a dream home right here, This video is not doing my warehouse home fantasy any disjustice that is for sure.
