The world is at a turning point. Social change is no longer a distant idea-it’s an urgent necessity. If we aim to break free from the patterns that dominate our society, we need agency, reflection, and new ways of thinking. In this Courageous Dialogue, we’ll explore the connection between the so-called Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and the social change required to address the challenges our world faces today. The IDGs offer a brilliant framework for fostering the skills and mindsets needed to create meaningful change. At the Needs-Based Coaching Institute, we see these goals as a natural alignment with our mission and approach.
