Bijan making 3 yards losses into 3 yard runs is as impressive to me as huge explosive plays. Those are plays that keep drives alive, keeps your defense on the sideline and keeps everything on schedule.

The perfect fit for Gibbs in the Chiefs... clearly. Isaiah Pacheco being the workhorse, he doesn't need to fulfill that roll, but what he does out of the backfield is special and the Chiefs would utilize him best there. Similarly to how they used McKinnon, but with McKinnon aging up, Gibbs is the perfect replacement. Sadly, they won't draft an RB high ever again.

One thing people fail to factor in on these vids is the prior carry(s). A Back can look slower on a certain clip, but what happened the prior carries to that particular clip? Did the Back have two hard carries prior the carry on the clip? That could easily be a reason where a player looks a tad slower in that situation.

I got pick 1.02 in my dynasty league so I am perfectly fine with picking Gibbs. His explosiveness is very appealing to me and I do think he will pack on the weight needed to handle the rigors of being a 3 down back. If he’s a mix between kamara and ekeler, he will be a top 5 fantasy player. I think Robinson will actually be more like Curtis Martin or Ezekiel Elliot , someone who can get you those 5, 10, 15 yd runs but will rarely get that 60,70,80 yarder that can turn a game on its head. Watching Robinson and Gibbs’ careers will be fascinating

Gibbs really really reminds me of Jamaal Charles. Same build and skill set. He'd be a perfect fit for the Eagles at 62. He fits that offense beautifully imo. By the time the draft rolls around Bijan will be a 1st rounder, Charbonnet will be the 2nd RB off the board, then Gibbs.

I think Atlanta is going to get him considering that the run game is Author Smith bread and butter and we took Kyle Pitts at 8. The only reason I want them to pass is bc I like Tyler Algier. Very hard runner who gets yards. It's hard to keep a two headed monster paid in the longrun. It would be the best duo in the NFL for a few years I do believe though.

Lots of great work in breaking these RBs down, showing their skill sets as well as their weaknesses. However your missing a big part of what makes these players good and multifunctional ad a RB and whats going to make them just that much more attractive to an NFL GM and Team, and thats their ability as Receivers coming out of the Backfield on short dump routes or out of the slot on true WR type routes. This is whats going to make them true weapons at the NFL level.

I very much disagree with your analysis of him Gibbs. You need to stop and think about the SCHEME he's in...verses the NFL SCHEME that he may play in. There's NOTHING that Gibbs can't do, and do excellent in the NFL. Plus, I see him adding about 5-10 lbs as he totally matures in the NFL and still keeping his elite speed. Gibbs is only going to get better in the NFL, and yes, he can be an every down RB easily!

OK, so it's 3 months later. Gibbs was taken by the Lions as a replacement for an oft injured D'Andre Swift, after moving on from Jamal Williams in favor David Montgomery for their main between the tackles guy. No knock against D'Andre Swift, but Gibbs looks like a better version, which is scary. As a defense, you better seal that edge (easier said than done against those Motor City Kitties where EVERYBODY BLOCKS), or you're toast. He looks like a hilariously good fit for the Lions.

If you ask me its about utilization. Using someone's abilities to your benefit to help whatever your scheme is. That downhill running attack inside the tackels is becoming a thing of the past. His skill set is next level. Plus the 2 backs are completely different as well. I get what you saying but Gibbs is one of the best out there and you didn't show any of his best plays when he did the exact same thing Robinson did that you gave him credit for. You missed alot on both players but Gibbs and Robinson both going 1st rd. Gibbs speed after you miss him makes him more of a threat to me than Robinson. Whoever gets either one of them is striking gold. Just utilize them the right way to there strengths.

Did we warp back in time to the early 2000's? The days of needing a RB to be a "bell cow" or "workhorse" are long gone. Derrick Henry led the league in attempts last season and averaged less than 22 carries per game. I think Jamaal Charles is Gibbs' best comp and he did ok averaging less than 12 carries per game during his career. Bijan is fantastic, but I'd prefer Gibbs in today's NFL. He simply does more in the passing game. Hoping the Eagles can get him at pick 30 (mainly because he won't be there at 62). He's definitely worth more than a 3rd round pick.

he his 40 dash will be interesting to watch though. he ran a 4.77 in high school (pretty slow) but on film I see him constantly running away from most once hitting the secondary so I'm not sure what to make of it. but I mean he said he liked walker more and that's despite the fact walker never was and still isn't utilized as a three-down back so not sure if he's simply setting up a "I told you so" take here

I agree with your review of both. Neither is truly a first round grade. I don't think Bigsby is either, but I think he's the best out of this year's RB's all around.

what are you talking about theo. he ran a 4.46 at the combine HE IS FAST. He also had a ton of break away long touchdowns and you didn’t show any of them. I really don’t think you did a good job looking at robinson on this one.

These guys are totally off on Gibbs. He landed in a perfect place in Detroit, he doesnt have to run, because they have Montgomery now but he can, hes going to be dping a lot he did in Bama, catch the ball. Hes going to be an upgrade over Swift and hopefully stay healthier. Gibbs is a running back but he has soft hands like a reciever, they are going to be thunder and lightning together and Lions will put them in at the same time creating crazy mismatches. Neither one of these guys were ever going to get past round 1😂
