The point to this painting is to not have colour, I see it as a way for your mind to make of what it is and add colour in your imagination! I think this peace is amazing a beautiful! Love the white on white
I learn so much from you. This is such an amazing demonstration....it's great instruction on the use of palette knife. I'm just gonna play with gesso to get more comfortable like you. I see how you lay out a landscape using the rule of thirds and different textures that give this white painting such depth! Beautiful composition of trees on a marsh or pond and a cloudy sky...just beautiful! Please don't change the music like people keep suggesting! It's perfect zen...

@@provrrRene v, don't know if you were asking me or the artist. I was referring to the round piece he made in the center, I felt it took away from all the rest. It may represent a sun or moon as it looks very landscape-like to me. I don't know what he was thinking of when he added it.

What r u using gesso or implasto???
The little bit of the jar I can see says Artist's Gesso...I'm assuming it is heavy gesso because it looks more like the consistency of light molding/modeling paste.
