From that time forward every time I saw John he came up to me and we chatted. Him saying he didn’t remember something was him messing with the interviewers. That guy has a photographic memory. I haven’t seen John for about ten years, I’d be willing to bet he would remember me……..
I met John 25 years ago when I was having dinner at a restaurant in Coburg Oregon. He was buying a new motor home from Marathon Coach. They start at a million dollars. I went over to his table, introduced myself him and it was old home week. He is a very gracious man. Out going and a heart as big and powerful as the cars he drives. I Hope to meet him again one day. I am 76, so I hope it happens sooner than later. Thank you for showing the world what a real man, father, and grandfather is like John. God bless you
